Refund policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with its original tags, accessories, and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Start a return

Email warmembracemash@outlook.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Wait for return instructions before sending the item. Products sent to a fulfillment facility without authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference, fit, or size-related returns. If the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or different from what was ordered, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact warmembracemash@outlook.com within 7 days after delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos when possible. Do not continue using an item that appears damaged or unsafe.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need 5–10 business days to post the refund after it is issued. If an order cannot be fulfilled or shipped within the promised time, cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law will apply.

Size exchanges

Size exchanges are allowed within the same 30-day return period, subject to availability. Email warmembracemash@outlook.com before returning the item so we can confirm the requested replacement size and provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges unless the original item was incorrect or defective.

Order cancellations

To request cancellation, email warmembracemash@outlook.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins. These terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights.
