Shipping policy

Free standard shipping within the United States, with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days.

Where we ship

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, or military APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time.

Cost and delivery estimate

Standard shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and US public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, address issues, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Order processing and tracking

Orders may be fulfilled by a third-party logistics provider. When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. An order may arrive in more than one package.

Address changes and delivery problems

Review your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, email warmembracemash@outlook.com immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment begins. If an order is delayed beyond the promised shipping time, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
